Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the captioned District, at a meeting held on June 19, 2025, adopted rules and regulations for parks owned and operated by the District.
These rules and regulations were adopted for the purposes of preventing destruction or damage to park amenities, park property and any flora and fauna located thereon, preserving and insuring the safety of individuals using park facilities, and preventing harmful disruptions to for individuals or groups utilizing park facilities.
The rules and regulations establish standards for park use including rules regarding the following: park use, hours of operation, vehicle restrictions, preservation of plants, wildlife and park amenities, fire, pavilion reservation guidelines, dog park and splash pad guidelines, and other park restrictions.
Failure to adhere to said rules and regulations can result in a violation punishable as a Class C misdemeanor with offenders subject to a penalty of up to $500.00 each day for each violation, with each day a violation continues being considered a separate violation.

The rules will be in full force and effect from and after five (5) days following the publication of this notice.
